So glad you have your humor intact. Your tale of "The $15,000 Faint" reminds me of my $30,000 Pair of Cowboy Boots." "Stuff" can appear out of nowhere. So glad you're a smart, resilient woman who knows how to keep moving forward.

XOXOXO,
BrendaBreastCancerSisterhood.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17954964330418898117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315151022752951218.post-1241804511349192432010-12-18T10:22:03.612-06:002010-12-18T10:22:03.612-06:00Jody,

It reminded me of the day I went to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack, all those tests... Also, we can all relate too well to those hospital experiences; the no sleep, good/bad nurses, poor food, the list goes on and on. It is funny how our technology devices help us, at my last surgery my husband and I were busy taking pictures and texting! Kinda crazy. Hope you are feeling well and have a quieter Christmas!Nancy's Pointhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07646849408841387692noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315151022752951218.post-85692634830675192332010-12-17T18:26:32.518-06:002010-12-17T18:26:32.518-06:00Friends,

You can't get a moments peace, you can't get a decent nights sleep, the beds are uncomfortable and you sure as hell can't get a good meal !! Certainly glad you lived to tell the tale!CancerCultureChronicleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07650364997423007994noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315151022752951218.post-60916042574925656412010-12-17T12:39:58.365-06:002010-12-17T12:39:58.365-06:00Thanks so much -- both of you! At moments like that it sucks to be 10 hours apart!!! I was relieved when you confirmed you were given the all clear but you are so right: being a survivor doesn´t mean you can't run into other troubles, it probably does prepare you better for them. Just very happy my nonblood sister is doing well again. Thank you for this fun blog, take care. Big hug, AnnemiekeAnnemiekehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13576768064981104863noreply@blogger.com
